Car Repairers - F1 Autocentres

Information on the F1 Autocentres service centres and car repair services

Formula One Autocentres can trace its history back to 1969 when the current group chairman and his father started their first business at a petrol station. Since then the company has evolved to the point in 1987 when the business then known as Leaside Tyre and Exhaust centres was bought by the Shell Corporation and the Formula One brand was conceived. Today, the company boasts 36 branches located throughout the South/South East and Midlands.

Each Formula One Autocentre is open 7 days a week and offers a wide range of car repair services including tyres, exhausts, batteries, brakes, clutches, MOT's, and servicing.

Like many other UK national car repair and servicing centres, Formula One provide a service to vehicle fleet operators and all major car leasing companies.
All Formula One Autocentres operate a price guarantee to customers by promising to better any competitor's substantiated quote for comparable and available products and repair services. This price guarantee also applies if within 7 days of making a purchase from Formula One the customer finds a lower price locally.

The Formula One Autocentre website contains a “map” and alphabetical list search facility allowing customers to locate branches either by looking at the map or reading the list. There is also a very useful information section for car owners who may have a problem with their tyres, exhausts, clutches, shock absorbers and batteries. The car servicing section contains information on basic maintenance and summer and winter checks.

Please note, conditions will apply for all of the products and car repair services mentioned above, please contact the company concerned for more information.
