In an effort to widen their customer car insurance base they have recently decided to provide insurance for some grey imported cars subject to the following conditions; the import must be manufactured from 1993 onwards and have either category 1 or category 2 Thatcham security fitted. Courtesy car cover provided by Norwich’s approved car repairer is limited strictly to seven days and at the time of writing the following imported cars are not covered: BMW Alpina, Hummer H1, Hummer H2, Isuzu Vehicross, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Figaro, Renault Twingo, Toyota Altezza, Toyota Soarer.

Like many other car insurance providers the company offer a wide range of optional extras including legal expenses cover up to specified limits for pursuing losses that are not necessarily insured under basic import car insurance policies. Personal accident cover is also available and provides benefits in the event of injury sustained in a car accident. Also available with comprehensive cover is a Physio Fast policy. This is a new type of medical insurance conceived to help you recover faster from any car accident. The policy offers a quick referral to a fully qualified chartered physiotherapist in your area, an initial consultation to determine the suitability and level of treatment required and up to eight treatment sessions.
