These brokers are no longer open to new customers following a decision in early 2004 by the parent company Aviva who also own Norwich Union. Hill House Hammond only offers insurance from Norwich Union's extensive product range. Existing customers are encouraged to contact their local branch or their call centre.

Hill House Hammond started trading in 1959 under the name of Hill House. Initial branches included Havant, Nottingham, London and Leeds. Norwich Union purchased Hill House Hammond in 1991, which are now part of the Aviva Group, the UK’s largest insurance group.
