To qualify for kit car cover you have to be over 25 years old and every policy is individually crafted to suit your needs.

One major benefit is that Heritage offer agreed valuations, often without the need of corroborated value, based on photographic evidence matched with price guides, saving the customer both time and a valuation fee. Other benefits include a flexible mileage option up to 7,500 miles annually, replica car benefits, use of the vehicle(s) in rallies, hire for weddings and a salvage retention option provided the write-off is a category C or D total loss... Should you need to have your kit car repaired following an accident Heritage do not prescribe which repairer you should use, you simply appoint one of your choosing.

Insurance discounts can be obtained for membership of certain kit car clubs and owners of collections, and, confining the number of drivers to just yourself and one other named driver, self-builds and vehicles over certain age ranges between 10 and 30 years.
