This is a new online service for van drivers launched by the Allen and Allen Group who are one of the top ten van insurance brokers in the UK. Last year the group which has been trading for 30 years handled in excess of 80,000 policies with a reputation in recent years built on targeting young drivers and non standard high premium risks. Allen & Allen currently employ over 250 staff to handle van insurance enquiries.

In addition to offering insurance quotes for standard vehicles subject to conditions, quotes are available to those who own imports and camper vans or use their vans for courier activities or require insurance for fleets or hauliers. Van drivers seeking the bare minimum in terms of insurance cover, ie third party fire and theft are also catered for.

The company have deliberately designed an online quote service that is easy to use. However, if the van is used for hire or reward, or for any purpose in connection with the motor trade you will not be able to get an insurance quote. Introductory discounts maybe offered if a van has been purchased within the previous 14 days.

Other products also offered to van drivers include liability insurance. This allows policyholders to protect themselves and their businesses against claims from their customers.
